The Supreme Court is likely to overturn Roe V. Wade outright soon. When they do, abortion will become illegal in Arizona after 15 weeks, and pre-existing Arizona laws banning abortion and restricting contraception may go into effect.
As long as Senator Sinema continues to defend the filibuster, it will be impossible for Congress to take action in response, whether that means passing federal legislation in defense of abortion or expanding the Supreme Court.
