Anti-democracy state legislators are attacking our power to pass laws ourselves via ballot initiatives. Tell them to vote NO on SCR1041.

These legislators are hypocritically using direct democracy to kill direct democracy. Arizonans have used ballot initiatives to pass minimum wage increases, legalize recreational marijuana, and more. But because these legislators don’t like how we’re voting, they’re trying to take away our power to pass our own laws. All while they push unpopular policies instead of listening to the real needs of Arizonans. 

Because it is a referral, Gov. Hobbs can NOT veto SCR1041. It's up to Arizona voters to tell our representatives to vote NO on SCR1041.
